Villareal – Real Madrid

After the last night’s win of Barcelona over Racing, today Real Madrid must go out and play for a win against the Yellow Submarine and if we mention the attacking style of play of the Real Madrid and the Villareal’s motivation for a win (as they still have not recorded a win in League BBVA this year), it’s so likely to see one high scoring game.
Villareal are currently lying on the 17th spot in the standings with only 2 points in 3 games. Something which doesn’t respond to the class of the team and they have to start winning matches as soon as they can. Without any doubt, the motivation of the players will be very high for this game, as they will face the multimillion squad of the new Los Galacticos. But we have to mention the fact that the team has conceded a minimum of a goal in all of these 3 games this season (1:1 against Osasuna and Mallorca, and 2:3 against Athletic Bilbao) but as we can see the team has scored as well. And in tonight’s game it will be a lot harder for the Villareal’s defence which is not playing so good as overall.
Real Madrid started the season so well with 3 high-scoring wins and before this round they were on the first place with 9 points and 11:2 goal difference. Something which was expected when we take a look over the multi-million new signings for the team. The big new star in Madrid, Cristiano Ronaldo, started to addapt with his new team and he is playing better and better in every next game. One fact, which definitely pleases all of the fans of the team. In the 4 official games till now, Real have scored over 3 goals in every single match, and they even scored 5 goals in their last 2 games. But despite this high scoring abilities, the defence is still strugling and Deportivo La Coruna almost gave a surprise to Los Galacticos in the first match of the season, when Real Madrid won so hardly with 3:2. And despite the next 3 big wins (3:0, 5:2 and 5:0) it is so hard to say that the defence is playing well as the defenders made some stupid plays and only the inability of the opposite players did not cost them some more goals in their net. Something that can be done by Rossi and co.
So, I’m expecting one high-tempo game, with a lot of scoring opportunities that can be easily converted into goals by the world class strikers of the two teams.
