Wow..only 4 points advantage for Wizards? They must be kidding me..
Wizards are one of the worst teams in NBA this season and this is so due to their injury list. Their two out of three key playes are unavailable from start of the season – Gilbert Arenas and Brendan Haywood. And this is the reason for this Wizard’s record of only 9 losses from 43 matches. Also the team is not playing good Against The Spread and in last 10 matches they are 2-8 ATS, but the most noticeable is the fact that the only two times when they cover the spread, they won the game. So, this means that when they lose one game, they lose it by big margin. These two wins are against not so good teams like New York Knicks and Sacramento Kings, something that we cannot say about Phoenix. This is last game from a 6 game road trip for Suns and they will want to finish it in style. Last night they won versus very much stronger host like Atlanta Hawks and I can’t see a reason why they shouldn’t do it again. We have to mention that the Wizards play in front of a half-full court and their supporters don’t make the needed noise which has to respect the opponents. So, we can say that Wizards hasn’t a home advantage. Phoenix lost 3 out of 5 games of this road trip but if we look closely the games there are reasons which explain this. First they lost versus the current champion Boston Celtics, after that they lost against New York Knicks which are trained by their former coach and are playing the same “run and gun” style like the Suns, and lastly they lost versus Charlotte Bobcats after stron performance from their former players Boris Diaw and Raja Bell. So I can’t resist to bet for the Suns tonight. They are in full squad and fully motivated to come out of this road trip with 3-3.
