Sacramento Kings – Houston Rockets

Tonight, despite that there are 9 games in the NBA, all of them are very hard to predict, but still I think that this game deserves one close look at it, and respectively one bet that worth a try.
Sacramento, after the bad start of the season with 1 only win in 6 games, managed to record a 3-game winning streak, but these wins came against the not so good performing teams of Utah Jazz, Golden State Warriors and Oklahoma City Thunder. 3 wins, after which the team is on the 8th spot in the Western Conference’s standings and undoubtedly after these three wins all of the Kings’ fans are dreaming for a Playoff spot. But I think that very soon the things will change, and the Kings will drop seriously in the standings. The team’s leading star Kevin Martin will miss the next 8 weeks for Sacramento, and despite that his absence was not important for the team in the last 3 games, I think that tonight it will be a lot different against the Rockets.
Houston, despite the injuries of the Yao Ming and Tracy McGrady, are playing very good until now, and the recorded 5 wins and 3 losses, and 6-2 ATS. But these 3 losses came against a bit more stronger opponents than the Kings – the Portland Trail Blazers, Los Angeles Lakers and Dallas Mavericks. But when the team has to play a team like the Kings, they are winning the game. Trevor Ariza is playing really good in his new team and is averaging 18.4 points, 4.6 rebounds and 4.1 assist per game this season, and I expect even better performance from him against the weak Kings’ defence. Still more, the Rockets are playing really good against Sacramento, winning 8 of the last 10 games between the two teams, and covering the tonight’s spread in 7 of these 8 losses. In the last 21 games between these two, the road team is 16-5 ATS.
