Miami Heat – Atlanta Hawks, match N4

Tonight in Miami, the Heat hosts Atlanta in match number 4 of this playoff series and if they win it they will be much closer to the Eastern Conference’s semifinals as they are currently leading with 2:1.
Miami are playing very good in this series and after the big defeat in the first match (64:90) they succesfully came back on track and they even managed to win one game in the Atlanta’s court which is not very welcoming for the visitors, as Atlanta are 32-11 in the regular season as hosts. Dwayne Wade showed that he absolutely deserves his MVP nomination and with 2 amazing performances took 2 wins for his team. Tonight, the Heat will be highly motivated to win this one as I mentioned above this will be a huge step to the semifinals. Something that they can do it without any doubt, as they are pretty solid at home with 29 wins and 13 losses in the regular season. One of these losses came exactly against Atlanta but I don’t think that the Hawks can do it once more. Also, Jermaine O’Neal played two very good last games and if he and D-Wade repeat their last 2 performance all of the Miami fans will be happy with the 3:1 result in the series.
Atlanta, in my opinion, were the favourites in this clash but with the performance that they showed in the previous games they don’t deserve a place in the Conference’s semis. The last game was a huge disappointment for them, as they recorded only 36.7 % FG and they were humiliated 78:107. I don’t believe that they will repeat this performance once more but this doesn’t mean that they will win the game in front of the red hot Heat fans. I expected that Joe Johnson will be able somehow to stop Dwayne Wade but as we saw this is something out of his abilities and maybe we will have to wait for the next round to see this happening. Despite the mentioned win for Atlanta in this hall, they are not convincing in their away matches with 16 wins and 26 losses in the regular season. Furthermore, Atlanta are 3-13 ATS in the last 16 meetings in Miami, and 9-23 ATS in the last 32 games between the two teams.
Pick: Miami Heat (-5) at the odds of 1.90 in bet365.
