Now this maybe will be the most interesting game in this round of the Serie A. Both teams have one goal – the 4th place which is now occupied by Genoa.Fiorentina had an awful game last round as they lost from Udinese with 3 – 1. Their play just didn`t worked out as the half line and the defense were really shaky. It is going to be hard to get to the 4th place with such game and I expect some improvement for this game. The 3 points here are vital because there are a few candidates for the 4th place and Roma is one of them.
To be honest – Fiorentina are inconsistent lately. The 3 wins in a row were a bit lucky as a late goal was key for win. But still they showed the thirst for the win. Looked on the other side – they lost unexpected from Udinese and Palermo. The defensive line is shaky quite often and when the half line is not working well, the team is suffering. Still they have really nice offensive power, coming not only from the forwards in the team.
After the resultative game with Lazio, Roma managed to get the important win against Lecce with 3 – 2. Roma`s play is also quite inconsistent and their form is not good at all lately as they often struggle. I can`t see them achieving the 4th spot with such game.
Roma is conceding at least one goal every game as the defensive line is not working properly. Now things are worse as Doni and Mexes are out too.

The Pick
Both teams are unreliable right now as they are really shaky and inconsistent in their games. In addition to that, Roma are having great defensive problems with Juan, Mexes and Doni being out for the clash. Viola, even without Mutu, has nice offensive power – as we can say the same for Roma. I expect some mistakes in both teams during the game and I think that we will see at least 3 goals. The odds for Over 2.5 is above fair here.
