Dortmund – Hoffenheim
Probably the most interesting game on Saturday because of the facts I am going to point put in the next paragraphs.Let`s start with the home team. Dortmund is now a typical mid-table team – with a lot of draws but we have to notice that they have less loses that any other team in the league (barely 3). The team, and mainly the manager, has been under criticism lately because they cannot grab the wins on home ground. Their record as hosts is 3-8-0. It is true that still they are unbeaten at home but the fans are unhappy because of that 8 draws.
Anyway it is the fans who will give great moral support to their team in this game. Dortmund`s fans have been critising Dietmar Hopp who is sponsoring the away teams with money. That`s why they will want badly their team to win here. So I expect a full stadium with 80 000 supporters shouting for Dortmund. And tha0, indeed, is a great motivating factor.
On the other side, Hoffenheim achieved only 1 win in the second part of the season and they will try to get the 3pts here. If they do not want to disappoint the fans and the management, they will have to get back on their winning style as soon as possible.
We can characterize Hoffenheim with 2 main things now – first, they have good offensive power as their attacking midfielders and strikers are really fast and can be deadly for slower defences (you can remember what happened to Stuttgart). The team is really capable of scoring goals. Second, and more important, their problem now lies in the defensive line – the defence just can`t manage with the opponent`s strikers. It is really shaky and unstable right now. And now the problem is bigger because Marvin Compper won`t be able to play (one of their key defenders and captain of the team).
Injury List
Dortmund - Kevin-Prince Boateng, Young-Pyo Lee, Jakub Blaszczykowski, Mats Hummels
Hoffenheim - Marvin Compper, Vedad Ibisevic, Daniel Bernhardt
Probable line-ups
Dortmund - Weidenfeller – Owomoyela, Subotic, Santana, Schmelzer – Kehl – Tinga, Kringe – Hajnal – Frei, Zidan
Hoffenheim - Hildebrand – Beck, Jaissle, Vorsah, Ibertsberger – Luiz Gustavo – Weis, Eduardo, Salihovic – Sanogo, Ba
The Pick
OK, let`s look thing once more – the fans of Dortmund are unhappy because the team usually draws at home and at the same moment their are against Dietmar Hopp policy and we should expect a full stadium of 80 000 supporting them. So the home team will be fully motivated for the win. On the other side, we have Hoffenheim who will try to defend Dietmar Hopp and get the win. Dortmund and Hoffenheim have good offensive powers but Hoffe`s defence is shaky right now and they will be missing Compper (key defender and captain). So we should expect goals here.
- Over 2.75 goals at the odds of 1.85 from Bet365 with 8/10 units.
Hannover – Leverkusen
Both teams are offensive minded and usually are playing attacking football. If you haven`t watched recently their games you can take a look at their latest results – Hannover (last 4 games: home – 3:3, 1:0, away – 3:2, 3:1), Leverkusen (last 4 games: home – 1:2, 2:4, away – 1:4, 1:1).
Hannover is in a kind of crisis at the moment and their weakest point is the defence causing the team to concede lots of goals. Still they can play good at home sometimes.
Leverkusen will be missing 2 key defenders (Castro and Henrique) which can cause some problems in the back line. Anyway they have nice offensive power with Helmes and Kiessling and the teams plays nice as guests – better than playing on home ground. Maybe this is because they play their home games in Dusseldorf but it is obvious that they are stronger as guests lately.

Hannover - Sergio Pinto, Mike Hanke, Gaetan Krebs, Chavdar Yankov, Valerien Ismael, Vinicius
Leverkusen - Gonzalo Castro, Henrique, Bernd Schneider, Benedikt Fernandez
